Roshan Consulting was started by a solution architect with more than a decade in enterprise automation, after years inside large consultancies and system integrators. The lesson from that time was simple: clients get the best outcomes when the person who understands the problem is also the person doing the work.
The firm began in Canada, serving financial services, healthcare, government and manufacturing clients. The United States practice extends the same model to American organizations: senior people, governance built in, and honest advice about what is worth doing.
"Roshan" means bright or illuminated. We took the name as a standard: make the problem clear, make the plan clear, and make the result something your own team can see into and run.
